Velta’s dedicated Break-Fix teams provide a 24/7 emergency response to carry out repairs on full-fibre network. Working across the whole of England, we react swiftly to keep rural communities connected.

 

As soon as Gigaclear’s engineers inform us of an issue on the network, we plan how the works will be undertaken safely and get permission for any temporary traffic management that we will need, before sending our experienced teams to the location of the problem.

 

Our total focus on safely planning our emergency repairs has resulted in us having zero safety incidents or service strikes.  

 

Prioritising the needs of customers, we have completed 100% of the emergency repairs in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
